Many answers to questions about our webshop and service you can find here, in our FAQ. If you can't find an answer to your questions and problems, just contact us by e-mail or phone!
Put the items you want to buy in the shopping cart Go to the shopping cart. There you can proceed to checkout or revise your order.
When you go to the checkout, you can either log in as a customer or register as a new customer.
After registration you can enter your shipping address. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, you can enter that there as well.
After that you can choose how you want to pay.
Finally, the order will be displayed again as an overview, in case something needs to be changed.
In this last step you can also enter your coupon code. If everything is correct now, you can complete the order.
You can also add other addresses in your address book and enter your default shipping address.
If the order has not yet been placed, you can change your details at any time. Just go to your account. Here you can see and change all information about your account.
If the order has already been submitted, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we can still make changes for you.

If you can't find your country in the shipping list below, use our contact form.
Deliveries are always made via our in-house supplier DHL GoGreen. We usually ship abroad with GLS KlimaProtect. You can find more detailed information in our shipping price table. The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of money.
We ask you to always keep your shipping address up to date to avoid wrong deliveries. Free shipping promotions only address shipping within Germany. All other countries are excluded from these promotions.
The total shipping prices are displayed in the checkout, before the order is completed.
You can find a list with the corresponding shipping prices in our shipping prices table.
We deliver within Germany as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
For exact delivery times, please refer to the information on the product page.
We will send you a shipping confirmation with the shipment number to your specified email address.
This way you can track your package at any time.
If the package is lost or has not arrived within 3 days at the shipping company, write us an email to email@example.com.
Pack the items you want to return to us in the package or another box and send it to:

Please make sure that the items are unworn and if possible in the original packaging and all labels are present.
You can manage your return shipment in your customer account under orders.
The easiest way to create a return is through your account. We would like to point out that this is not mandatory.
For a valid cancellation and return only the conditions of our cancellation policy have to be followed.
Return via your webshop account
After you have logged into your account, you can create a return under orders via "Return". There you select the items that should be returned. Confirm the return creation to complete it.
Now you can, if possible, print out the shipping label and the free return label (return label only available in Germany). Put the shipping label in the package and stick the return label on the package.
Printing the return label is optional, but helps us to quickly identify the package and the goods in your order.
If creating a return via the account does not work, the deadline for cancellation has already expired. In the case of unusually long delivery times, it may happen that you can no longer create a return via the account, although the deadline has been met. In this case, simply send us an e-mail with the cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you live in Germany, you will then receive the return label from us by mail.

If possible, you can fill out the shipping label. This is not obligatory, but it makes it easier for us to identify the goods in your order.
If your return is from Germany, we can send you a free return label by e-mail. Please write to us at email@example.com
The return label can be printed out in your customer account within Germany. So you do not have to pay for the return shipping. The costs for the return shipment from abroad you have to pay yourself.
If you can not print out the return label yourself, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep the shipping receipt until we have processed the return. This way you can always prove that you sent the package in time.
After you or a third party designated by you has received the goods, you have 14 days to notify us of your cancellation.
After the cancellation you have 14 days to return the items you do not like.
You can easily fill in the cancellation form in your customer account.
After that, a free return label is available to you within Germany. You can also send us your cancellation by email to email@example.com.
When we receive your return, we will check the items to make sure they are intact.
Please make sure that the items are sent back to us unworn.
As far as possible, please make sure that the labels and the original packaging are sent back. This is not necessary for the revocation, but helpful for us to be able to assign the article.
If everything is in order we will refund you the amount you paid with.
You will get your money back as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation.
You can check the status of your return at any time in your customer account.
