Order

How can I order from you?

Put the items you want to buy in the shopping cart Go to the shopping cart. There you can proceed to checkout or revise your order.

When you go to the checkout, you can either log in as a customer or register as a new customer.

After registration you can enter your shipping address. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, you can enter that there as well.

After that you can choose how you want to pay.

Finally, the order will be displayed again as an overview, in case something needs to be changed.

In this last step you can also enter your coupon code. If everything is correct now, you can complete the order.

Where can I enter a different shipping address?

You can also add other addresses in your address book and enter your default shipping address.

I accidentally entered the incorrect details. What can I do?

If the order has not yet been placed, you can change your details at any time. Just go to your account. Here you can see and change all information about your account.

If the order has already been submitted, send us an email to info@chapati.de as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we can still make changes for you.
